Breathe Easy Show your lungs a little love with our Breathe Well herbal wellness tea. Blended with helpful ingredients such as mullein and eucalyptus, which are traditionally used to support lung health and keep you breathing easy. This tea blend has a minty fresh taste with a touch of citrus that is enhanced nicely when you add just a little bit of honey. Eucalyptus oil is an ingredient in may over-the-counter cough suppressants and chest rubs. Steeping Instructions: Bring filtered or spring water to a boil. Add 1-2 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5-7 minutes.
